Information on accepted insurance will be updated as it becomes available. 

For cash paying clients, all appointments will be paid for in full prior to visit.

You will be sent a payment link via text message or email with payment instructions.

At Olive Green Behavioral Health, patients are required to have a credit or debit card on file.

No show/cancellation Fee- It is important that you notify us 24hrs before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel so that we can provide care to another client in that time slot.

No shows on appointment day or cancellations less than 24hrs to appointment time will incur a non refundable fee. Appointment 

may be rescheduled if more than 15 minutes late.

Your payment method on file will be charged for no show/cancellations within 24hrs of visit time.
